What to expect:

Sessions generally run 60 - 75 minutes (Bowen sessions may be much shorter, depending on your needs), and can be profoundly relaxing, and feel very safe, at the same time.

What to wear:

All types of work that Laura offers can be done through loose comfortable clothing. You are invited to dress or undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly covered under a sheet and light blanket at all times.

What to bring:

Applicable insurance information, doctor’s notes, or Rx.
